2 inches after your period? Never heard that one.

Time is the only thing that will show you how tall you will be.

You might be fully grown now, theres no way to tell

No, it is not true. I was 5'3" when I started and grew to 5'8 1/2" (gotta have the 1/2!). I didn't get my final 3" growth spurt until I was 18 and in college, so you may have to wait a bit.

Next time you go to the doctor, ask him how tall he thinks you'll be... they can often tell (at least pretty close).

Look at the rest of your mothers family... are they tall or short? You get your height genes from your mothers side, so that is also a pretty good indicator of final height.

it is NOT true that you only grow 2inches after ur period! You can never say how tall you're going to be. But judging from the fact that you're 13 and already 5'6, i'm going to bet that you're going to be pretty darn tall in the end. So don't worry! I'm sure you'll reach the height you need to be to become a model

I know I wasn't done growing at 13, or after my period started. I kept growing until I was about 16, but my husband is 6'3" and didn't stop growing until about 18. It just depends. No way to predict how tall you'll be or when your body will be finished.

1. According to what my doctor told me, yes. You don't grow very much after your period. I'm stuck at 5'6. ^_^

2. From what I heard 5'8 is the minimum height for models.

3. I can't think of any websites of the top of my head, but Google is always great.

P.S: even if you don't get to be 5'8 you'll be fine as a model. There are "short" models who are awesome! They talk about them all the time on America's Next Top Model cause there's always the one girl they consider "short". 5'6 is, pretty much, average height.

WOW I have never heard that one...I kinda wanna be a model too...dont think thats gonna happen cuz when i started my period i was about 5ft1in and I am 5ft2in no so I dont think I will be tall enough...Im 13
There is no way to know for sure...you stop growing at about 16 so you have a few years...It does sound like you will probably be pretty tall tho
To be a model you have to be about 5ft9in to 5ft11in...the shortest I have heard of is 5ft7in...If you really wanna just wear high shoes and think tall lol
♥hope i helped

No, you don't grow after your period. If that was the case then I would be a very tall woman. Most woman quit growing about 15 16 so you really only have a few more years of growing. You will most likely be closer to the height of your mother than the height of your father.

i have heard from my doctor (im 14) that you grow one year after your period, or one inch. to be a model you have to be at least 5"8". my friend ariel started when she was 13, and 5"6" and she hasnt grown at all in about a year and a half. i havent started yet so i have no clue, i hit 5"8" almost a year ago so i think im going to be oddly tall. dont worry, i hope that you hit 5"8" and pursure your modeling dream. good luck,

You're just going to have to wait and see... there is no way to predict it. If you're only 13, I would think you still have some growing to do.
