I would be real interested to know what you think it is. I mean honestly....if you are old enough to have sex, you should know what happens after that. The first sign to most women would be a missed period, then they differ for each woman from there. You don't think a baby coming out would be the first sign, do you?
Common Sense just isn't very common anymore!

Hey i have had four pregnancy's and every one has been different with all of them I was getting sick all day every day but what i mean is with one I had very tender boobs they hurt one of the other ones I had craving for subs and chocolate milk right from the begining if you are getting sick feeling not well sore boobs and cravins then there is a good chance you are pregnant good luck

Usually a missed period or even before that tender breasts and darkening of the veins in the breasts.

there would be the missed period. but before that you should feel cramping like you are going to start your period. you could notice smells better and you might start gaging. good luck.

before i notice my period is late i notice different taste in some foods drinks, morning sicknes and mood chenging..
