With Bush wanting credit for spreading democracy in the middle east, and after the voters have symbolized their vote to take away his parties power in congress, does he do want he wants a sign of monarchy?

I am torn between whether Bush wants the US to be a Theocracy or a Dictatorship, either way, Bush doesn't seem to think this is a Democracy. He is the "Decision Maker", I guess he forgot about checks and balances.

While I agree with some of the other posters about the concept of what Bushes Reign of Terror truly can be classified as, ie. Theocracy, Dictatorship, etc., and the fact that Bush can stay in office until (at least) January 1, 2009, the real heart of the matter is as follows:

If the President's approval ratings have been below 40% for more than six months, and his actions are so reprehensible as to create one of the largest voter turnouts in opposition of his party since the 1960s.... Why is he still not being impeached?!

Clearly, his father's ties to the CIA (which he held a high command position in since the Bay of Pigs up to his own Presidency), and his family's oil money must have something to do with it. After all, anyone who's lived in a small town can tell you about the differences in treatment between the rich kids and the "normals". Put simply, if you're one of the founding families, you can do whatever you want. Bush's family is in so deep with the political class that his family has been running two states and been holding Office for the better part of 12+ years.

To sum up.... Speak up people! End the Crony Regime! Get Bush out of Office, and back to his daddy's ranch ASAP before we become the focal point for everyone's newly developed nuclear ambitions.

Plus, just remember... the President can't leave office while we're in a war. Think about it.....

Learn what a "Republic" is, then you will understand how America and the Republican party works.

By the way. America is NOT a democracy, and never was. That is why I am ROTFLMAO at democrats right now that think they are running the country because of the 2006 election.

Wake up call - the 2004 election gives the office of President of the United States to Bush until 2009.

Well , I think what you are implying is covered in Article 2 of The Constitution Of The United States... Did the Democrats forget to mention that when they were making all those promises??

A REPUBLICAN crowing about spreading democracy? He should immediately be known to be a liar.
