It depends on if you have a kitchen to work in (to make food). If you do then I would suggest getting a cook book called "Food for Fifty" and plan a weeks worth of meals from there. You can get food supplies from Sysco ?? or like a Sams Club. OR...if you are just ordering take-in food from other places, then I would go around the neighborhood and see whats around to order from and maybe try and get a discount from ordering more than once?? If this company orders from local restaurants then ask for a list of who they order from. Maybe be creative and order just sandwiches (etc..) from one place and deserts from another?? I would go about it as if I was planning a party and trying to find the best food for the best deal. However, I think the best answer would be to really get a good job description and talk it over with your boss. Good-Luck to you!

Do you have a kitchen staff?

If you dont, you probably need atleast 1-2 of them to help you out.

Do you have proper storage/cooking facilities?

If yes....

Look in the phone book for "food distribution" companies. Call them up, get a sales book sent, and you can order bulk goods, and theyll bring them on a truck.

You can then prepare the food in a similiar manner as they do IN a restaurant. If you have no experience preparing food, and I assume you dont, maybe you should look at bringing a chef on board, as well as some kitchen assitants.

If you DONT have any of the proper equipment or facilities....

You can

1. Get that equipment
2. Order the food from restaurants
3. Hire a catering company

If you are running the operations, and you have to ask a question like this, you obviously don't have any experience. Save face and get another job.

I would talk to your supervisor if you really have no idea how to do this. They probably have approved vendors and a somewhat standard menu. Hopefully they will give you some on the job training.
