George Richard Horner, a convicted sex offender just kidnapped a 6 year old girl, he is driving a Green Nissan Pathfinder with Louisiana plates PKL399. Friday at 8a.m.
When the hell will Americans hear enough of this before we start putting these sex offenders in jail for LIFE????????
When will we start to protect children?

The girls name is Olivia Alzerez. And YES, this is all happening right now!! If anyone sees this vehicle, please report it. We need to help this girl before it's too late.

She has been found, and she's OK. But her kidnapper is still on the loose. So everyone in that area should keep an eye out for the behicle he was driving. Just because she's safe, doesn't mean the gy should get away with it.

I totally agree. I don't understand how raping a little girl or boy can only get you 3-5 years?? What the hell? Grand Theft auto is life in prision sometimes, and yet raping a child is 5 years? It's soooooooo wrong! And what's more is there are PROVEN statistics that show that rapists are repeat offenders...put them out on the street and they are going to do this again and again! Put them away and throw away the key!

I agree with you. They should define more what someone is charged with. I live in NC and they have to tell if any sex offender is in your neighborhood and they even give you there address, name and picture online. I do not like to judge people and they should tell more what there crime was instead of everyone assuming they raped or molested a child. They need to change the law. A child molester should be for them pervert that mess with children and not just the random person that messed up doing something, that they like to call a sex offender. People are such in a up roar to find out these people live around them and some are not what they seem to be. But people tend to assume the worse and like I said they should define it more or change the law. The odd thing is I do not see to many of them up there that are charged with actual rape, most are people that made dumb decisions and got caught, most of them were probley drunk at the time anyways.

All sex offenders should not get life, they should get what they deserve...DEATH. That is the only thing that you can do. It is proven they can not be rehabilitate. Sending them to prison is no answer. It's a joke. They get out and do even more harm. I live in Ca. and I am going to do the only thing I can...PRAY for this and every child. Some day we may be able to let our children out of our sight for just a moment, sadly it isn't today.

This not just a question in USA. but also HERE. Once is to many times.A mental instituion for life not jail. There drugged for the rest of their days till they can't hurt anybody again. Young offenders wind up in jail. Sexual abuse should not be tolerated anywhere.

Just imagine how that girl's parents must feel. If they were in charge of the predator's fate, he would be dead. And he should be. Taking a child to rape for the five minutes of pleasure (!!) it reaps. I think sex offenders should either have life in jail, or be put to death.

These people honestly need to get their penis chopped off! They are sickos that need punishment harder than prison. And the judges who grant them parole are sick as well. In prison, these pervs still have somewhat of a life. They can turn gay and still be satisfied by men in there. I say just chop the damn thing off!!!

This issue makes me so MAD!!! When will people stop protecting these predators? They are ruining our children and destroying our families. I say we wake up and change the rules ,if a pedophile ruins a child's life then they shouldn't have one either.Life in prison with no chance for parole.Who ever heard of a reformed pedophile?

I agree 100% with you. I don't understand how these men get out. They need to do what they do in third world countries...chop off whatever body part was used to commit the crime. Example, someone steals...they cut their hand off....in this case it's pretty clear what Im suggesting.
