If it wasn't for the safety issue with the rope, it would be helpful as that the soap would never fall on the ground. That is a good thing. :-D

LOL it is so funny but no, you can't. another prisioner might use the rope to strangle or tight him/her so the main objective becomes his/her "biggest doom"
