It had to do with a woman pianist that was pretending to be a young girl so that she could audition for a talent show that led her to a famous guy that took her in because he thought she was a gifted little girl piano player, later he found out that she was a woman and they fell in love.

I think the name of it is "Too young to Kiss" with June Allyson & Van Johnson. If that's it I love that movie.
