David Arquette, hands down, got the most undeserved push of all time. He "won" the WCW title when he turned against DDP in a tag-team match. The stipulation was, whoever pinned DDP would win the world title.
So stupid....so wrong...so undeserved.

Definetely Test. He debuts against Al Snow then like 1-2 months later he's challenging for the ECW title.

I would have to agree with the person who said David Arquette, but who remembers when Vince Russo gave himself the world title? I don't know if that is considered a push, but it was just as bad as Arquette with the belt.

Ultimate Warrior.
Anyone who said Bret Hart has to be dumb as dog ****! Bret Hart is the greatest technical wrestler of all-time. What do you know about wrestling? Probably nothing.
