Take a needle and stick it in. Just a little bit, not all the way in.
Now do that over and over again really fast for ten minutes.
If you can handle that then you are a good candidate.
But remember the tatoo is permenant. If you put someones name there, be prepared to explain that name to future partners.

believe me it's painful. i thought the time i spent with the tattoo artist was never going to end. i had my wife's name tattooed onto the shaft. unfortunately, she doesn't have a short name.
