How do I find the secret code to turn on my Ipod. My 8 year old nephew screwed it up.?

I fear he reset it to a new code and of course he doesn´t know what that is.

If you mean the screen lock (4-digit combination code), all you need to do is sync it to the primary computer (the one you first synced it with), and when you undock it it'll be unlocked for you. There's also a volume lock if you got the firmware update that goes with iTunes 7, but the only quick way to reset that without the combination is to reset your iPod to factory settings.
