We all know there is more and more everyday.

But why is there hostility and racism towards white people on here asking questions..

I have seen it today even, where white people are getting bashed and called names just for asking a question.
Grow up people!!!!

Yahoo! Answers is but a microcosm of the real world. Anti-White hatred is omnipresent because so many people need a scapegoat for their own problems.

White people are a peace loving people. This is why so many people find the "courage" to accuse White people of every crime conceivable. Although I always favor peace, I understand that the White Pride will soon take hold in the the U.S.A.

Consider the following example of one of my responses to an anti-White racist and a bunch of heterophobes. It was deleted, as I had expected. You can see the double standard. In fact, on this site, someone asked, which race of women is most feminine. People who said "Asian" got mostly thumbs up. But whenever I say anything positive at all about the White race, I get all thumbs down. I said something like, "the pure White race, by far." What's so terrible about this?

Here's the post, in pure text format, which they deleted, in which I voted an anti-White, anti-straight bigot as "best" answer:

Why don't you folks vote my answers as best answers more often?
I always write such charming, delightful, witty, and even insightful (or perhaps inciting) posts. Yet I only received one best answer. How could this be? I sometimes get the feeling that you people don't like me. I feel so dejected. Could you please explain the secret to getting a best answer on your (well, actually, it's only owned by the more militant among you) site? I thank you in advance for all your intelligent answers.

Gee, I wonder what your median IQ might be.

Oh, I get it. I'm not supposed to be honest. I'm just supposed to be agreeable.

Quite frankly, I'll keep my integrity, and you can have all the best answers.

By the way, can't you ever tell when I'm only being tongue in cheek. I assure you, I do not care about getting best answers. Why should I? Would I appear on national TV to receive a monetary award or something? Get serious.

I wouldn't be giving advice IndyT. You have 6% best answer, but I have 8%. Oh Oh, now IndyT will have my question deleted, as usual, for chatting. I will copy and paste it for a book I am writing. I will do an at length report on media, such as Yahoo! Answers.

Best Answer - Chosen By You

Ok, here goes Joe....Your answer lies in your own question/statement that your answers are INCITING, more than they are INCITEFUL. Here is your answer to a question regarding whether you would rather live in an all black, or all white neighborhood. I quote you as saying.......

"I am a proud White man who would rather live homeless in an all-White neighborhood than to live in a nice home in an all-Black neighborhood (assuming such exists). I have a world of experience with Black people, and I refuse to get harassed and even attacked simply for the color of my skin. And I refuse to allow my children to learn the ways of the Blacks."

Come on dude. Did you really think you were gonna score any points with that answer. If scoring points is indeed your goal. My goal is not to score points, but to try to help out a bit. Look at my answers, and though they don't always hit their mark, they have never been negative. Try finding a little sunshine to share man. Or try answering questions that are in an area that you have some expertise, IMHO touchy racial issues aren't your bag.

Take care, no disrespect intended, just have a look at what you are doing here, and your answer "should be" self evident. rj

p.s. in your quoted answer, switch the black for white, and vice versa, and it makes a lot more sense. BTW, I'm white too, however some of my ancestors died fighting in the civil war for the abolition of slavery. Where were yours? Mississippi?

Hey man...if that's what you call integrity, I hope that you don't pass it on to your kids, or that your wife just rolls her eyes when you spout off.

Do everyone a favor. Keep your tongue in your cheek. That's it. I'm finished here. Suerte amigo.

Joe L We can see that gthis "White" person, as he calls himself, prefers Black over White. He likes "Black Pride," but he disapproves of "White Pride." This double standard is typical in America.

Delete

Joe L It should further be pointed out that I was just awarded "best" answer for providing the very answer this person quoted.

Delete

Joe L And even the person who awarded me "best" answer apologetically
said that I sounded "a little racist." Whites are typically apologetic, but they should never apologize for anything.

Delete

Joe L The above statement about Mississippi was wrong and highly racist. But racism against Whites is OK, isn't it?

Delete

Joe L I expect Yahoo! Answers to delete my post. This responder is both gay and probably hispanic as well. This is fine, but what we White people should understand is that such traits in no manner make him superior to White people.

because the askers or the people that vote on them don't agree, that's all nothing personal; and by the way IQ has nothing to do with it. sorry.

What you have to understand is that although your answer might be great, it may not be a best answer to the asker. Unfortunately, some people vote as best answer only on the ones they agree with.

I'm new to this. I've asked questions and sometimes get answers that don't relate to my question. Or I get negative answers. I think you can be witty, cleaver, inteligent, and have the best answer. But if the people who read these don't see that (for reasons not your fault), then they won't pick your answer. What's the secret for writing the best answer? If this is a question, does it have a "best answer"?

Well, JoeS sorry about that. I haven't asked a lot of questions, but I went back to check to see and you had never answered even one of mine. But anyway, most of the questions that I ask are not in the LGBT section anyway, so that could be why you didn't answer them.

Although I don't agree with your opinion very often, I feel that you DO put thought into them (obvious attempt to get best answer to your question!!!!!). As for us not liking you, we like you, but we don't like your 'sin' of being against us, for the most part. It is "love the sinner, but hate the sin!"

Trolls rarely get a "best answer". From your record 95% of your answers are little more than trolling and the questions you ask are very similar. As often as you throw temper-tantrums, post "answers" that are half-truths at best, and proceed to intentionally antagonize others I'm actually surprised you have an ID at all.

If you were honest, you wouldn't write such drivel. If you had a clue, you wouldn't need to ask.

You don't even actually ask any questions here at all. You simply rant away using this format as if it's your personal message board.

I've never even seen your answers anywhere, and you don't make a memorable impression on me whatsoever, like most people on Yahoo! Answers do who give charming, delightful, witty, and even insightful posts. So I don't know why people don't vote your answers as best answers more often.

I wonder oftentimes why I don't get chosen Best Answer more, though. Occasionally I go back and look at the resolved questions I've answered and have been shocked by what was chosen, by either the askers or voters. Sometimes I understand; mostly I think I was robbed, since I try to put a lot of time, thought, and care into my answers.

So to be quite honest, even I don't necessarily know the secret to getting a best answer. All I can say is that those who choose my answers tend to tell me they liked them because 1) I answered the question without any value judgements (i.e. if they ask "Where should my husband and I go to swing with other couples?", they don't want an answer that just tells them it's a bad idea- they just want an answer to their question), 2) I gave an answer as well as some other resources they could consult, 3) I specifically tailor my answer to the question (i.e. you can tell it wasn't just a cut-'n'-paste job), 4) I'm neither too brief nor too long-winded, and 5) I am cheerful and friendly, and I often end my answers with hopes and well-wishing that I've helped. If you adhere to all of this and have the best information to give, you'll probably up your numbers.

Hope that helps!

to answer your Q ? from an Americans point of view could be the way you took over the new world, before it was even called America, i guess that's why many reds and browns have a dislike toward whites, the blacks didn't come till later and take full advantage of it, but " racism didn't start here. it started in the beginning of mans time with jealousy's and greed. humans use the word racism for an excuse to look down on or take from others for what ever the reason might allow.every race breed or color have been slaved killed or done wrong to. can we do anything about it ? no", that's who we are. this might even sound funny but, its what god says is part of now get this ( free will )...i might have just opened a whole new can of worms for myself but its how i feel and is my opinion... i hope this helps, I'm not here to hurt anyone

What does this have to do with LGBT issues? Please remove this question and ask it under "etiquette" or "other cultures."

Racism is racism, no matter who does it. It is all wrong.

However, some people come here to the LGBT forum and attach LGBT people for being exactly as God made them. People who attack get vigorously defended answers. If they don't like the heat, they should leave the kitchen - or try tolerance, justice, and equality for a change.

I do not see it neccesarily as racism. We just have a lot of people that are affraid to venture out of their own group. Some of my entries on Yahoo!answers may not reflect this, but I have not experianced that much animosity because I am white. And if they don't like it? Hey, I can fart next to them and walk away.

The word you're looking for is bigotry (which I personally haven't seen even that). In the US, and most other countries with which yahoo is popular, non-white people can't be racist because they aren't in a position of power in the dominant society.
