anything helps. specifically abs and thighs. and also is 125 and abnormal weight for a 13 yr old who is 5'9?

eat healthy and since ur tall i would try kick boxing. that will DEFINATELY help ur thighs! when ur doin kick boxing it helps stress b/c u can take out anger and it helps ur abs too. when u hit the bag (or w/e) w/ ur legs u tighten ur stomach. i would also try cross over sit ups. itz where u touch ur left elbow w/ ur right knee as u sit up and ur right elbow w/ ur left knee.

Try and go to your local library and borrow some exercising videos .that how i got in to shape for free .
