my height is 5.2 and i am 58 kilos. how can i reduce my weight,and grow taller!! pls.......help me!!!!1

you're only 15!! don't panic!! just exercise.. go to the gym.. start running.. do crunches.. just stay fit.

i have big thighs too... but i grew into them... you can't even notice they're big.

Just remember there is no such thing as "spot weight loss." In other words you can't just lose fat on just your thighs. Just go on a regiment of regular cardio to burn off fat. Your metabolism should be working pretty good at 15 so don't worry too much about dieting. Just remember to eat small meals and frequently. Maybe 5 to 6 small meals a day. The most important thing is for you to burn more calories than you intake. Drink PLENTY of water as it is important for your body. As for growing taller, that's going to depend on your own genetic code. However, sports like basketball and swimming should help you naturally mode the body you would like. Don't worry too much and just have fun with your physical activities!

The best way you could reduce weight and get stretched is doing outdoor sports like track or soccer.You just need to keep your legs active,but try not to do strength trainig that does do you good if you want to grow ,do it when your 18.Try to stick with cardio workouts and drink a lot of water.

Try to do some running, walking for one hour non stop everyday (help lose weight), and do lunges. I had that same problems before and I did the walking for one hour non stop everyday. Not only it help with thighs but it helps overall. Eat healthy food meaning more fruits and vegetables servings. Best of all, organic food is the best!

Well you aren't done growing yet. Try jogging, or taking brisk walks at least 3-4 times per week for 30-40 minutes.

eat lots of veg cut back on sugers and fat go running or walking once a day. eat meat like chicken and fish rather then red meat. the key is to eat less junk and do more sports

I know it's tough at 15 to stop being vain. I know a few fifteen year old girls who can't pass a mirror without looking at themselves in it. Relax, you're probably beautiful, so embrace your minor "flaws"; they'll keep you humble.

Don't eat too much. Believe me, I used to bicycle to. I don't know if it helps me or not, though, so I can't tell. All I can say is don't over eat and excercise. excercising helps me.

it is somthing that is prolly not going to go away!!!
mine are very muscly
but u have to EMBRACE them!!!
find things that ur legs look good in!!
