Given the utterly appauling cash crisis faced by the NHS, how most information from Government about the NHS seems to be hidden from the public and that hundreds of thousands of Dr's, Nurses etc are leaving their jobs because they have absolutely had enough of the stress, lack of funds, rubbish pay and poor treatment by Government lacky managers. Is not time the public called for the sacking (not resignation) of Patricia Hewitt?
She is killing our NHS with a good bit of help form Tony Blair! It infuriates me!! We so need this Government gone!

Patricia Hewitt is vile - along with the rest of Blairs jokers. If the NHS were run like a private business - it would have folded years ago. They are haemorrhaging money - where the hell is it going. Given the number of managers they have surely someone somewhere would notice that the figures don't stack up! Nurses, Doctors and related staff do such a good job but it must be difficult and very demoralising working for such a bunch of loosers - you can't be proud of an employer like that can you. I am afraid that the truth is clear - Labour just don't care and they are making no bones about it

We need Tony Blair gone that's for sure just to get some fresh faces into the cabinet be it Tory or Labour but, like education, the health service is a political football and i fear neither will ever be safe unless they are safeguarded from politicians and their whimsical ideas. The Bank of England took over interests rates thus taking them out of politics, maybe we need relevant organisations to run health and education.

They are paring it back to the bone, literally, and in getting everyone sickof the state of the NHS, Government sanctioned of course, they are preparing to hand it over to American health companies.

what you call a lousy job deserving of a sacking, must be seen as a good job deserving of great recognition by those who want the nhs destroyed.
