The Cadillac DTS is a Deville. Up until about a year ago the Deville came in 3 packages. The standard Deville, the DHS, and the DTS. The main difference at the time was the 275 hp in the standard and DHS, the DTS was the sporty version with the 300 HP NorthStar engine. Then they decided to get rid of the long old names like Seville and Deville and now call all Devilles, DTS. They still have different packages, but that are all now called DTS and the Deville name is retired.

the name. Caddy dropped the DeVille name for '06, renaming it the DTS. The only thing that changes is the back end. Otherwise the same car. Quite nice.
