Seriously, Harrison may be the worst big-game performer of his generation, a Hall of Fame receiver who turns into a blundering loser in the playoffs. In 13 career playoff games, Harrison has crossed 100 yards only ONCE, and that was luck (a DB didnt touch him while down, he got up and ran 50 yards).
In his last 7 playoff games, he has recorded 19, 50, 44, 52, 48, 45, and 41 yards and ZERO, yes ZERO touchdowns! In 12 of 13 playoff games, he has not scored.

Lastly, beyond the numbers, did you see Harrison vs. New England!! He had two drops and was generally looking like he was avoiding the football. I can't believe more people haven't noticed that Harrison is completely spooked in the big games. Watch the Super Bowl, it could get bad.

Unfortunately Marvin Harrison needs a QB to get the ball to him. Who's the real choker? Until now everyone was saying Peyton was choking. So I would have to look at Marvin's QB as well as the game plan.

I would say Payton Manning is the Choke artist! The person who throws the ball has more control. If you give stats that Marvin Harrison DROPPED passes thrown to him in the big games then maybe. But i think it comes down to Manning. and I think he is just about to become the modern day Dan Marrino.

hi i'm a Colts fan too! i'm very shocked Marvin Harrison's call has arise in a bar combat, capturing, or despite! i do no longer prefer to choose all and sundry until all of the concepts is given to me yet on the different hand I won't pardon him purely with the aid of fact he performs for the Colts.

What about his quarterback? His stats are even worse in the playoffs. He threw 9 ints all season, and in just 3 playoff games he has already thrown 7, talk about crumbling under pressure.
They are both lucky that the colts defense decided to start playing in the playoffs, because the offense did nothing to win any of their playoff games this year.

But u fail to realize he may get double covered cuz he is such a threat, and that allows other players to shine. Wayne could excel, and Clark could come up big if Harrison is shut down.

I think it's more that Peyton Manning it the choker in big games. up until last Sunday (thanks to the Refs) he had never won a big game. 0-4 vs Florida in College 0-4 in bowl games in college, did you see how bad he was against KC and the Ravens, if it wasn't for the Defense both times they would have lost.

Marvin Harrision doesn't throw it to himself. Most defenses are double covering because they are afraid he will get open and become Peyton Manning primary target.Since they double cover him they leave other recievers like Reggie Wayne and Dallas Clark open.

I would have to agree with most of the people who answered if your QB is struggling it is hard to have productive games.
