You mean how has he gotten away with it so far. Don't be surprised if there are congressional investigations, criminal investigations and an impeachment trial in the House. I believe Bush will be the first president sent to prison.

So what is your question? You make a statement that he silienced both houses. It seems to me that votes were taken, and support was given. Do some research. We don't need more people spouting off and not having any solutions to any problems.

I'm not sure which issue you are speaking about. He got congressional approval to go to both Afghanistan and Iraq. Granted, he lobbied on false information, but none the less, he got congressional approval.
