How can I download mp3 files on my bluethooth phone?

I'm assuming you want to do this via bluetooth? You need a bluetooth enabled computer or another bluetooth enabled phone that has the mp3 files you want to download to your phone. You have to discover and pair with the computer or phone and then you can do the transfer.
HOWEVER, there are cell phone carriers that BLOCK file transfer via bluetooth. So before you try anything make sure you can even do file transfers via bluetooth on your phone.
