When My Grandparents would come to visit us. We were a military family. My Grandfather always had a convertible, and he would gather up all of us kids and our friends and pack us in the convertible and take us to the penny candy store and turn us each loose with a dollar!!! It was before the days of seat belts and car seats, and a dollar actually bought you one hundred pieces of candy. I just realized something, I am getting OLD!!! lol

Carefree summer days running barefoot in the grass, playing hide and seek and building forts out of anything and everything I could get my hands on.
