The island of Hawaii
and ALL Midwest states- they even practice segregation in some cities....like Detroit, Ohio, New Jersey etc.

Not really sure.
But, if I had to choose one, I'd say Gulfport, Mississippi. I have an uncle who lives there that wants nothing to do with our family anymore, only because my sister had a baby that's half African-American. He wasn't raised that way, so has to be getting it from somewhere.
