Whoever is paying this money into your account has changed the details they are quoting when they send the payment.

It is impossible to know why they have changed the details, you must contact them and ask why.

When the money is received by your bank they can only use the details quoted to credit the relevant account. If these details are incorrect it poses many problems for the Bank.

When you determine who is at fault you can take steps to recover any losses you have incurred through unecassery charges.

You can have a standing arrangement for the bank to keep topping up your current a/c from your DA, and maintain a balance of, say £200.

Get in touch with your bank and ask them what's going on. They may have made a mistake. It's your account so it should be conducted in the way you want. Get in touch immediately and tell them to sort it out.

hi...your bank 'has' acted illegally...instruct them to change it back immediately...and then tell them to pay back any charges they may have made when transfers were done, and if they don't you will take them to the small claims court for recompense.... plus when they do it ask for compensation...think they will conceed to your wishes, as 'no' bank likes bad publicity.
