Yes do the trade, Dirk will be the MVP this year. Mavericks will win the championship!

Dirk is awesome and Haslem has been playing pretty well - but Shaq will be back and if Dirk should get injured - you would end up with Haslem and perhaps lesser playing time and would have lost AI and Artest, both solid players in various categories. I think I would keep AI and Artest personally.

Allen Iverson will give points every night, and maybe his assist rate has been climbing since being with the Nuggets, Artest will give you defensive categories (steals).
Dirk Nowitzki, all around categories. Udonis Haslem for defensive categories again.
Not much of a trade off, I would keep Allen Iverson and Ron Artest. Dirk is just too critical if he gets injured.

I think its a good move for you if you need rebounds and fg%. You will take a big hit in steals but thats about it. You might take an assist lost b/c AI is passing now but, I thinks it a big gain.
One thing to consider is how will the return of Shaq affect Haslem's rebounding and scoring attempts.
However, if all things stay the same it's a good deal because as I guess you know Artest has not been consistent this year.

Iverson and Artest are going to put up much better number than Dirk and Haslem

Personally I would want Dirk and Haslem over Iverson and Artest.

bad trade for you. AI has been great this season. Artest is a great defender.the reason it's a bad trade is because your trading two NBA superstars for one superstar and a ok player

yes if you can survive at guard. if you are weak at guard, then no, but otherwise nowitzki is better than AI and Haslem is way better than Artest.
