Its not a very good idea. High oxygen levels make fires more likely and many times more dangerous. And yes, there is such a thing as oxygen poisoning. You can get too much of a good thing. The easiest way is to buy a medical cylinder of oxygen.

Electrolysis of water will give you a lots of oxygen. It will also give you lots of hydrogen which you will need to vent extremely carefully!!!!

Toss a little MnO2 into hydrogen peroxide

Grow more plants

Electrolyse water

Just to name a few.

That said, more oxygen is not likely to be a good idea - O2 poisoning, increased likelihood of fires, etc.

you cant raise 02 levels in normal atmosphere more than 21% otherwise POOF your on fire

You could construct a machine but its really expensive!
