First of all: Learn as many languages in high school as you can.

Secondly, get a bachelor's degree in political studies (and/or political history) and international relations from a good university in Canada.

Then join an organization like the Canadian Institute of International Affairs to make good contacts within the diplomatic community.

Doing this does not, however, grant that you become a diplomat.

Learn English.

Go to school for international diplomacy or similar, and make good friends while doing it. Go to graduate school at Georgetown University majoring in a Masters of Science in Foreign Service. Then go back to Canada and apply what you have learned, using the friends you have made along the way to inspire and help you.
