My wife got hooked on ginger snaps when she went through morning sickness and it helped her through, all three times.
Ginger is good for nausea in any case. Try ginger ale too.

i kept a box of wheat thins on my night stand and ate a few before i got out of bed in the morning. ginger ale helped a lot too. I pretty much lived off of those two things for the first few months of my pregnancy. Also try eating more frequent small meals. And eat whatever you want, don't worry about the nutrition so much right now, I tried to eat super healthy when I was first pregnant, all the food groups and fruits and veggies, but it all just came back up. If it's not gonna stay down it does no good anyway, so if all you can eat is mashed potatoes and swedish meatballs (or in my case burger king chicken sandwiches) just go for it.

Saltines, bread, pretzels all work, but if it is extreme you can get a prescription for Phenergan to help it subside. Or you can also do Phenergan injections at your doctors office if they are really, really bad. These will make you feel drowsy but it will stop the nausea and vomitting if there is any. Like with anything you should see your doctor first and see what they suggest. It could be as simple as altering or changing your diet.

everyone always said eat saltine crackers before getting out of bed, but I could never even get those done without puking...my first pregnancy, the only thing that would stop it is brown sugar and cinnamon pop-tarts. with my second pregnancy, I find that anything with cinnamon in or on it helps and I also started wearing seabands (those little sweatbands you wear on your wrists if you get car sick or go on a cruise) you can get them at a pharmacy for $10. I have been wearing them since Tuesday and have not been nauseated since!

Bland foods. Crackers, Vanilla Wafers. Some people swear by Ginger Tea.

eat two crackers before getting out of bed in the am. Also a very good remedy if you do throw up is glass of orange juice with a tablespoon of corn starch and teaspoon of sugar. It not only works with morning sickness, but I also use it for my kids when they have the flu and are unable to keep anything down

I got kind of sick of crackers and pretzels, so I added applesauce, chocolate milk, yogurt, some cheddar cheese cubes, and popsicles. They were all pretty easy to digest and gave me a little variety without being too daring. Plus, I needed some fruits and dairy to help provide nutrition for the baby that crackers alone just wasn't giving me.

Ginger beer! Large amounts of ginger are dangerous, but if you can find a ginger ale made with real ginger, just tiny sips work like magic for me! also, saltine crackers, or suck on a lemon wedge, or eat a peppermint. all these things help ease my tummy so i can eat some real food. don't overeat at meals. aviod greasy, fatty foods. eat several small meals instead of 3 big ones. good luck!

PreggiePops you can get in most maternity stores, specialty baby shops or online. they help with the nausea or my dad reccommends those wrist bands you wear for sea sickness. They do not work on all but they do work. My dad reccommends it for everyone to try and he is a retired OBGYN of 35 years.
