You are misguided. First of all, being pro choice is not a bad thing. You are taking it totally out of context. They arent saying that every baby should be aborted. The issue is to give a woman the right to choose what to do with her body. And in case you havent noticed the environment is very important to ALL humans. Last time i checked, trees are responsible for the air that you breath!!! So it might be a good idea to save a few of those trees you want to cut down so bad.

Stop generalizing. I don't hug trees, I don't "fervently" support abortion and I'm not a rabid environmentalist (I don't even see the point of recycling). Every individual is different. Stop lumping everyone into one big group. It makes you look uninformed and single-minded. I like or dislike people based on what they do as human beings not the color of their skin or political affiliation.

People tend to like people who like them, and dislike people who dislike them. And even more naturally, they tend to think that everyone should think like themselves, otherwise they're "wrong". It's simply how objective perspective seems to work by default. I couldn't say what a large group of people did or didn't like, because I do know situations vary person to person. But by default human nature does seem to be the predominant inclination.

There are christians that are homophobic, racist, and harsh to different christians. Christians dont like Jews via fact they wont settle for Jesus as their very own savior. there's a sect of christianity referred to as Jews for Jesus, inspite of the incontrovertible fact that it ignores the standards that Jesus cant be the messiah for the jews. people cant get alongside via fact they have an ego difficulty, or via fact their ideals wont enable it.

Whoa whoa whoa thats WAY too much rightwing crap.
"they value trees more than people" Huh? Wrong.
Where do you GET that weird crap.
Stop abortion rights and ALL surgery would go into Governmental control. That would be Facism. No thanks!
If it were not for "liberals" the reactionary hatemongers, using religion as a false mask, would STILL burn heretics at the stake.
Consider yourself enlightened now.Talk about Bush's destruction of Iraq.THATS humane???

i think your an idiot.
the left does love ALL people, see when you think of the word "people" you only see neo-conservative christians. While we left see everyone, including non christians, athiests, mothers, ex-criminals, ect, and realize they ALL have the right to live a good life, not just christians. we dont value trees over people we get our heads out of our buts and realize we are destroying the world and in that also humans. while conservatives sit on their rich fed bottoms thinking "oh, god will just save us when it gets too bad so who cares."

... yes, they are demons from a parallel universe that can control your mind with their gama brain waves... QUICK, put on this tin foil hat... it will protect you... until the holy war comes...
HAHAHA...
no one hates anyone... some on the far left may take things a bit far and lose sight of the forest for the trees... but they aren't "demonic" and they aren't "intent on destroying people"... you sound like some of the crazy ones over there talking about "the evil satan Bush who is (just like you said) intent on destroying people"...
while they go to extremes sometimes... we should all remember one thing... when the trees are gone... we are gone... and that's a pretty good reason to like them...
in reality, no one is trying to destroy all humans... maybe terrorists... but no one else... they just have a different way of looking at things... and it may not always be right... granted... but your way may not always be right either...

I disagree. Fetuses are not the same as people. Nobody values trees more than people. I think you need to relax and assess the situation calmly. Maybe have a conversation with one of these so-called "far left" people and approach it with an open mind.

I thought it was Christians who were supposed to love everyone...???
By the way, what do you have against "environmentalists"? They just want to keep the earth round for us to live on--with clean air to breathe and clean water to drink? How can anyone be against that????

All you hear from the left is Bush bashing. I think they are really sick people who voice their hatred of everything American. Some have really gone off the deep end by calling for the death of our President---that's way over the top.
