Congress debated the Iraq options. THEY commisioned the Executive Branch to handle a very bad situation and authorized the use of force! Anything other than support for the job trying to be done is counterproductive and unwanted-the course was chosen! Let the Executive(Enforcement) Arm do what it needs to do and use your opinions to direct the next choices of action!

People that do not believe that dissent is patriotic need to take a history lesson and see that dissent is what our country is founded upon.

Be a lawful citizen, vote and get involved with community issues.
I also think it is important to teach these things to our children. Especially to respect our flag by covering our heart during the national anthem and pledge of allegiance.

Patriotism is best shown by supporting your country, not by dissent. I don't know what dictionary people get the idea that 'Dissent is Patriotism', it seems like an oxymoron to me...
