Ron Jaworski all but handed the Super Bowl XV to the Raiders.

He threw 3 interceptions to the "same guy". It get's worse. The guy he threw them to was a linebacker, Rod Martin.

Grossman isn't great, but I'm preety sure he won't match that feat.

Grossman isn't the worst QB interior the NFL. Charlie Frye, Harrington, anybody beginning for the Raiders all have him beat. the entire Bears offense regarded inept the day handed by, no longer only Grossman. Berrian stop operating that route, so the %. is only as a lot his fault because it is Grossman's. The O line did not block for ****, Benson and Peterson have now grow to be Rashaan Salaam incarnates, & Muhammed persisted to drop passes. Plus, it became beginning weekend and an away recreation adverse to between the perfect communities interior the NFL. Grossman confirmed that he has matured somewhat--he became stepping up, he became going to his verify-down more desirable. i imagine it is somewhat too early for the Griese calls. If Grossman continues to be playing like this in Week 4, then provide him the hook. yet in case you imagine Griese is the reply, you're useless incorrect.

Grossman can display a high level of talent. Look back at the beginning of the season. He was tearing up the league. I think his vulnerability is that he doesn't have the stereotypical quarterback's personality.

Virtually every NFL QB has been been the big man on campus since high school, and they have a certain level of arrogance/confidence to go along with it. Grossman doesn't seem to have this confidence.

Best example I can think of? His quotes regarding his play on New Years Eve. Would Namath, Elway, Montana, Aikman, Manning say they didn't think they'd play more than a half, it was New Year's Eve and so they didn't focus during the week? No way.

He doesn't appear to have an NFL QB mentality and it is impacting his development, making him seem like a fourth-year rookie.

No. People who say that do not know Chicago bears football. It is all about playing solid defense and running the football. All Rex has to as any Bears QB would is manage the game and don't turn the ball over. So he is not going to throw for more than 150 or 200 yards because of the system. It is also about time of posession and field position. Last time I checked Manning had 6 interceptions and Grossman has 0. Case closed

Well, a lot of people seem to think that being a quarterback getting to a super bowl is so great. I mean, Montana and Brady are supposedly the best in the game because they went so far. Grossman is really in his first year. He's doing great. But I think that Eason and Roethlisberger were worse. At least Grossman has some good games. But, you can't say a quarterback is bad if he's in the super bowl.

what about Tony Eason he is the only starting QB in SUperbowl history never to complete a pass. Hell Mark Rypen was way worse then Grossman and then there is the ultimate Peyton Manning

Heck no, just in recent memory, heck in Super Bowl three the Colts were suppose to win by 19 and their quarter back killed them. Morrow, was his name. Look at the one the Ravens won a few years ago, their quarter back was so bad they traded him even after they won the game. Sheeh, and give Grossman a break, after the Saints came back and made it 14 to 16 he was was 4 for 4 on the next drive for 78 yds, he can do it when he needs to.
