I have never been to the Carlsbad Caverns but I have been to many other cave systems and they all have a few things in common as far as weather inside the caves is concerned.
1. It doesn't rain or snow or hail or drizzle. You are in a cave.
2. Temperatures are resonably constant throughout the year, usually cool and humid.

You know, I bet that if you just googled "carlsbad caverns" and/or found the national park service pages about Carlsbad, you'd find the answers to ALL your questions about it.

But get real...Are you asking about rain INSIDE the caverns?
