A pail holds 3 1/2 gallons of water. How much is this in cups?
Can someone PLEASE help me sovle this question, or at least help me to kno how to solve it !!

1qt = 2pt

Since you have 3.5 gallons you multiply it by 4 to get 14 quarts. Multiply the 14 quarts by 2 pints to get 28 pints. Multiply the 28 pints by 2 to get 56 cups which is your answer.
