May be blacks were even smarter before they were taken from Africa
There is no logic to conclude, those black people built t civilization with out intelligence back in the ancient times in the east Africa, Google the origin of civilization, and you will get some answers. Before that I can tell you, It wasn’t Victoria secret but it took a great knowledge of chemistry for our black queen of Sheba to spice a perfume that swept away the heart of the smartest king as Solomon.

This question is completely asinine. Are white people smart? Are chinese people smart? etc etc etc ad nauseum. Here's an example - I work with Black Guy A and live next to Black Guy B. Black Guy A is a brilliant, successful Unix administrator for IBM. Black Guy B is a noisy, disrespectful party animal who may or may not have a job. Black Guy A is a joy to work with and be around. Black Guy B is so loud and obnoxious that he's brought down my quality of life; sharing a bedroom wall with him is like sitting front row at a 50 cent concert and trying to sleep through it.
...and that's just one example. Stop asking stupid questions.
