No, of course not. Eye movements are controlled by five different types of movement all of which have built-in safety factors to stop you damaging the eyes by unusual movement. However rolling your eyes could cause confusion in your body language as the eyes give clues as to whether you are lying or telling the truth or whether you are sincere or frivolous and so on. Also rolling your eyes conveys a sense that you do not take the person you are speaking with seriously or you doubt their veracity. It also looks rather silly so if i were you I would try to control this rather juvenile habit.
