Yes, if you got here, you're using one. If you can't find it, and want to, it's the "e" icon you clicked. Right-click that "e" icon, and see "properties" and you can see where the program file's located. You could go directly to that program (in My Computer) and double-click it instead of double-clicking the icon. You could do the same with other browsers like Firefox, Opera, Netscape, Mozilla, Amaya, Safari (if you're on a Mac), and some others I'm not sure about...

Find a program called "Internet Explorer" somewhere on your pc, or "Safari" if u use a mac. look at your desktop, or Start> Programs>*look*.
And The Program You Are Using Now is Known as a Web Browser ^_^.

There are two ways you can access your web browser.
The first is by clicking on the icon on your desktop such as Internet Explorer.
Or you can access it via the Start Menu.
Hope that helps.

Wow, I thought you had to have one open to view this page.
Double click on the icon for the program you are browsing with and it should open one for you.

if you have no internet explorer icon, you can also use 'my computers' and type in website you need there. Of course, you need a internet connection for a website to appear.
