Yes, because half the time when I get asked it's by a stranger on the other end of the phone who doesn't know me and doesn't really care!
Sometimes I just lie and say that I have a severe skin disease or am growing an arm out of my head just to see if they are actually listening!

This is something that doesn't happen to me too often, so I make sure that I ask anyone and everyone, that I am with, how they are and I listen to their answer, hoping that they may ask the same of me, since I look well and do not usually moan about health issues, I think people take it that I'm well. So yes I do like being asked!

yes I usually say something like " seeing as how you are so interested, I had a slight touch of diarrhoea earlier in the week" or something.
