We currently have two Border Guards incarcerated because they were doing their job, this administration must free them. Demand a Pardon for these two individuals and a clean record so they can return to their job!

I have already faxed my letter to the White House, and signed a petition to remove the immunity and grant the pardon. I have also forwarded the petition to friends/family, and some of our men over seas who have no idea what is happening with these men. They have signed and passed it on to their fellow comrades....
Also, as of yesterday, 70+ congressmen have joined to have the pardon granted. These men have an awful lot of people on their side! Justice has to be done somewhere!
It will get done! They will be set free!

I've heard about this listening to KFI radio here.
It's a disgrace, but apparently, the administration has an edict to be lax on border security going on for the 'supercorridor' and these two guys are 'examples'.
They never caught this guy, and believed he had a weapon and were totally justified in shooting him. To 'truth seeker', the illegal in question was later caught with 762 pounds of pot in his car. Only a knucklehead with that much drugs wouldn't carry a weapon.
The illegal in question also has apparently filed a $5M civil lawsuit, claiming his 'civil rights' were violated.

And correct me if I'm wrong, wasn't the "victim" in this shooting also PARDONED for the drug bust and some past bad doings in order to get him to testify? This STINKS from both sides.

are you sure you know ALL the facts in this case????? These guys shot a man in the back (butt), covered up the evidence, and did not report the shooting. Is this the kind of "rogue" element you want in our nations police force??? there are a lot of good cops out there doing things by the books.
