I don't think he will be recognized as the greatest of all time but I have to say I think he'll end up being in the top 10. There are very few who have ever been such a good all-around player. He has Jordan's physical abilities with Magic Johnson's heart. What else could you ask for?

Not if he doesn't start winning titles. Remember what made Jordan great is 6 NBA titles. There have been several scoring champions who didn't win NBA titles. In my mind it was the 6 titles that distinguished him as one of the greatest of all-time. Notice I said one of the greatest. The greatest of all-time was Bill Russell. A case could be made for Wilt, Jordan, Magic, Bird and others. But Lebron? No, he will not be the greatest to ever play the game. He will be good but not the greatest. Luckily time will tell.

You raise a very good question. Each generation has a "King" We can't forget Wilt, Russell, Kareem, Magic, Bird and Jordan. As a huge Laker fan and Magic Johnson fan I thought I would never ever see the greatness as displayed by Elgin Baylor and later Magic Johnson. But others came along. I think we have to appreciate the players of their respective generations. Another great player is in high school as we speak.

No one has heart anymore. You'll never see another player that would compare to Michael Jordan, Julius Irving, Wilt Chamberlain, Larry Bird, Dominique Wilkins.

LeBron's regular season accomplishments/stats will be close to Michael's if not better if he plays just as long.
LeBron's post season accomplishments/stats will be hard to match Jordan's. And this is where you seperate very good players from great players.
