We are Real Estate Consultants in Andhrapradesh, India. We a Group of Individuals doing Real Estate Consultency in Hyderabad, India for our Lively Hood. We are doing this Business since one Year sincerely. The Parties who got our service are awading the Commission since there was no written Agreement.
Kindly adivise us what to do in such circumstances and to whome we have to approach to get the commission. There are oral Evidences as Proof of the Transactions.

I don't know anything about real estate law in India, but without a written contract, you have very little to back up your case. Oral evidence may not be enough I'm afraid.
If you are members of a local Realtors' Association they might be able to give you further advice, I suggest you contact them.

Be professional, phase out transactions in Black, get an agreement done with all the product sellers and buyers.
