I've checked several books and internet websites (such as the two I've attached to this question). However, each source seems to have different cutoff dates for Scorpio and Sagittaurius. Can someone please help me figure out which one is correct?

you are a Sagittarius. the cusps for scorpion to sag is those born november 17th through nov 21. But being so close to the cusp cut off you might show traits of both.

I think you are a Scorpio because years ago the cut off was November 23. I'm not sure who's in charge of boosting these dates up but I know at one time you were considered a full Scorpio. I hope this helps.

You are Sagittarius. The cut off date for Scorpio is the 21 not the 22.

Well I think you're a scorpio. My little one's birthday is on the 23rd, and she's the first day of sagittarius.
Because you're on the cusp of both, you'll have traits of both signs, but probably more of scorpio. That means when you read a forecast, like daily horoscopes, just read both.

They are both correct.You were born on a cusp.They will both have strong influences on you.I was born June 21,a Gemini/Cancer cusp,and I always read about both signs.They both seem pretty accurate for me in different ways.
