i think that the aids messages are being communicated with a western tone and that is the reason why there is a steady increase in the infection rate especially in the sub- saharan africa. i think that africans communicate effectively and correctly through proverbs because their thought pattern is very different from the other races.

I think you're right. In Africa you see how they are promoting for other countries to donate money to help find a cure but your never see them saying "donate money to help us make our people more aware of the problem". I mean I think it's some type of corruption in the government and I know about some wars going on in Africa where rape is used as a war weapon and it spreads AIDs. The people themselves are mostly unaware of the disease and the ones who are don't have the facilities necessary to care for themselves. I think there needs to be some organization to make the people more aware but also the government needs to find a way to get more hospitals and medical to its people.
