Try to get some rest during the day . even a short sleep will help you to recover and drink some juices (fresh) but don't oversleep too much though as this will make you feel tired... when you wake up have a hot shower and this also will invigorate you to enable you to continue with your day.

Ear a decent meal, then take a Sracker Two or Three, but only one or you will feel sick. Give it an hour and if you don't feel more energy then take another, but you must wait the full hour! Don't take anymore than that for the day. Drink Red Bull, Vault or some form of engery drink. Don't have a big lunch, eat a salad or some form of light meal. If you fill your stomach enirely you will feel sleepy and lazy. Have some snacks ready to munch on throughout the day. Drink mostly water or Gatorade aside from the red bull, stay away from soda. The more you have to pee the more awake you will be. That should pretty much do it. Good luck.

If at all possible take a nap before going to work. Research has shown that a 45 minute nap will improve alertness for 6 hours. Other research indicates 20 minutes provides benefits, as well.
Here are other strategies that may help:
Eating apples is said to have a better effect on keeping you awake than coffee or soft drinks.
Try to multi-task and avoid long boring repetitive tasks. It is said that accomplishing small tasks are rewarding and provide some measure of excitement to the brain.
If it is not possible to work on small tasks make sure to do some invigorating exercise at least every half-hour. The movement will help keep you alert.

Try laying still even if your not sleeping focus on one word like peace, silence each time your head wants to race. Taking too many vitamins makes me stay awake in bed and makes my heart race, same fo using caffeine and energy drinks...They also sap any energy normal sleep would give if you do too many. If you can power nap during your work day that might help, if you can get 10 or 20 minutes

I also heard recently on RR from a doctor that a tablespoon of raw honey, with a dash of cinnamon, and a dash or unsweetened cocoa or chocolate will give you a burst of energy and not make you crash like "energy drinks" or caffeine.
When it's time to go to bed tonight, drink some chamomile tea, bathe with lavender, and use lavender linen spray on your sheets to calm and soothe you. Another thing I recently heard on RR is eat a small or medium baked potato before bed and it releases serotonin to get you chilled.

Drink potential beverages or espresso and eat something sugary. So like pink bull, sobe, or you may want to attempt interest beverages too. Sleep is more effective powerful, yet in case you want to then thats the most perfect way.

drink caffiene or energy drinks if you want to, but if youre going to, then youve got to keep drinking them or your energy will drop quickly after it wears off (the energy over time after drinking one looks like a sin curve--youll be even more tired than when you started, and then itll increase to how tired you were originally feeling). try to keep moving, as resting for a short time will make you zone out, and your brain will start to shut itself down forcefully.
thisll be painful, but you can get through it.
make sure not to oversleep tonight, as doing so will totally knock out your sleep cycle and make you even more lethargic and gross feeling.
