If that's in business days, its almost 3 calendar weeks.
Here is some fuzzy logic that might apply to your customers:
Lets say they interpret "seven days" as a "week" and assume that this is a Monday through Friday week, it becomes five days in their heads.
Then if they count the day that it was prepared, and a couple days that it might be done early, then three days go by and they start to become antsy and call.
