Each account on the PC will have a Favourites folder with all the bookmarks etc inside. Do a search for Favourites and copy the folder to another location off the PC, or email them etc.

The Favourites folder is normally found here :
C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Favorites

You can export your favorites to a single file. It's quicker and easier!

First you'll need to open Internet Explorer.

Under the File menu, choose "Import and Export..." You'll be prompted to go Next and choose "Export Favorites" from the options. Save the file directly to your USB drive.

Once you've finished reinstalling Windows, simply go back to the Import and Export option, but choose Import Favorites this time. Find the file you saved to your USB drive and your favorites will be back.
