In the business of nail & hair salon, you need not a catchy name to do business. A catchy name would be an asset for the business, but not necessary. What matters to your future clients are your professional commitments to their needs. How will you be better than your competitors? How will you market your services to your potential clients? If the ecomony is good, price would be less an issue. But when the economy is at a slump, price may be an issue and can affect your business. How will you tackle such slumps? Concentrating on issues like these matters more to you as a potential business owner than thinking of a good name for your business. Lastly, location plays a big part on your success. To sum it up here's my take on the name game, a simple name as "Hair Salon & More" can lure in clients. It's the appearance of how your salon looks, how welcoming is it, the color on the signs can be another psychological issue. Most women looks closely at this kind of stuff, especially hot women. Always maintain a good presence in your store. Will you have a place for their kids? Or kids are not welcome? You should consider a play room of some sort with a babysitter in the room to monitor the behaviors of the children. Background check the babysitter efficiently and come up with some kind of system to make the playroom as safe as possible. You lose a kid and there will be some hot heat coming your way. Have strategies to make your hair salon the number one hair salon in town! I hope this helps! Good luck!

Depends whether you want to be serious or corny

"Hair we are..." or "Hello Gorgeous" anything that sounds hokey are the corny types

maybe something simple like "The Spa" that tells what you do.

Or a combo of your names and make up a word, that'll work too...

Good luck
