Well, it is sad to have a bf or husband who keeps saying bad words esp. when the girlfriend or wife doesn't like them.
The answer is simple, yet it needs some effort and courage from your side. Try to talk to him , kindly of course, when he is in agood mood. Tell him that you love him and that you wnt to live the rest of your life with him. That you wish him the best and refer indirectly, at first to his mentioning insults infront of you. (because boys are known for their insulting attitude esp. when they are the nrvous type)
You can also say that he has lots of good points in him but u dont like the way he mentions bs a lot. For example, "Would u pls kindly not say (so and so) when I am with you ?"

you can't use love and bs in the same sentence but have to drop the word love. a person who is spouting bs is not in love and needs to be dumped!!
