How do I change what E-mail account is used with microsoft outlook?

I'm not sure if I'm asking this correctly. When I click on an e-mail link on the web it uses Microsoft Outlook to send an e-mail. When I get a reply, it goes to a specific e-mail account. I want to change the e-mail account that the replies go to. The e-mail account the replies currently go to is a social account. I want to use a more professional name.

Go to TOOLS>> EMail Accounts. You add or change email addresses there
