ok so ..this appears on the "Above The Influence"commertial.where ppl stick slobs on their skin..that when they do that the feel pleasure....just wondering do people do that in real life or is it just for simbolism and for the commertial.

I think you missed the point of the commercial. They were trying to show how completely stupid things like "huffing" are.

And those were leeches, not "slobs." I don't know what slobs are. SLOM stands for Sticking Leeches On Myself.
