In general, men love compliments and feeling like they are the most important person in the world to a woman. They love to feel and believe they are the biggest and the best. Manipulating women tend to fulfill these male desires only to get what they want from the man. By the time the man figures out he has been "had", it is too late.

Because some men are particularly naive (or inexperienced) and some women are just plain, darn good at being manipulative-from years of practice perhaps.
In all fairness, though, I think we are all "manipulative" to a point. At least, those of us with skills are. By that, I mean, we know what the opposite sex wants and we offer or give it to them in the hopes of getting what we want in return. It's really only manipulation when it's done with totally selfish motives or when not reciprocated appropriately.

Just a matter of taste. Each of us is attracted to certain qualities, and some men like to be "man handled" for some reason. I am sure these women also have other qualities that might make up for, or more than make up for the fact that they are manipulative. And manipulative is defined very differently by different people.

We are all capable of being manipulated. At some time or another we will have the misfortune to meet one who discovers our buttons and unscrupulously pushes them for their own pleasure or gain. It's something that we should look out for and hopefully it won't become a pattern.
Don't be too hard on him, whoever he is. Help him to see how he's being used. The end won't come for him, however, until he can see this for himself.

both men and women can be clever manipulators and easily manipulated, it's not always so clear to the people involved as it is outsiders

because they are idiots that do the same to other women. get a taste of their own medicine.
not all, just one that i am thinking of.
i think because they are insecure. and the women pick up on that, and see an easy target.
