Put a table spoon of peroxide in a glass of water, brush teeth using this water instead of tap. This works just as well as the crest white strips and is not damaging!

Crest whitestrips worked for me, but they made my teeth sensitive to cold. If you mix the baking soda and the peroxide together to make a paste and put on your teeth every day for 3 minutes, that will help as well. It tastes Very Bad, though.

Crest White Strips work very well. And I have used Hydrogen Peroxide before & it worked great! I dont think that either one of them are bad for your teeth but you might want to ask your dentist.

I used crest whitening strips and they really worked! They taste gross and its hard to keep that thing in your mouth for 30 minutes but the results are surprisingly good. But you have to do it twice a day if you want it to work!

Crest Whitestrips is an AWESOME product, and it will not damage your teeth. You do it twice a day for seven days and your teeth will be beautiful (not fake looking)!
I think they have two versions...one which is like $25 and one which is in the $30 range. Go for the more expensive ones. They do the job faster, otherwise you will be doing it for two weeks.
Everyone should use them in my opinion! Good Luck!

Whitening strips are a good and less expensive route than a visit to the dentist office. I would suggest eliminating coffee and chocolate. Baking soda and peroxide do help in whitening however you would been to be careful and not use baking soda too often because it can lead to erosion of your teeth and can cause sensitivity along with the whitening strips. Using sensodine (doesn't take much) toothpaste during the process usually takes care of that.

keep using baking soda. And crest white strips. I use them and they work. Also i think you can use peroxide but just don't swallow any of it!
If this helps my friend uses peroxide on her teeth!
