Most important: Confidence and Assertiveness MINUS ********* and overtly sexual advances. It will also help if you are not crap-faced drunk.
Decently dressed, yes, and good shoes - they don't have to be expensive, but you cannot look like you got your attire at a garage sale.
As far as height, teeth, hair color, those types of things are often secondary if you carry youself well and come across well. A man who can carry on a good conversation is always a plus too.

I actually met my husband at a club. We were both there alone. I wasn't looking for anything in particular just because I was at a club. In general, say if I were to meet a man, I look at his apperance in general. That's step one. If all that checks out I move on to step two which is his personality. Yes, teeth is a part of it. They don't have to be pearly white but they need to be brushed and clean (not stained and brownish-yellow). I wouldn't want anybody who is too aggressive but definitely looking for somebody who can step up to the plate. I don't however suggest looking for a wife or husband in a club. It is very rare that you find someone that is marriage material, but that's not always the case. I was there, I was single and I am not a tramp. I was new to the state and were looking to meet people. Good Luck!

I always go for that quiet guy, maybe wearing jeans and a leather jacket, quietly nursing his beer and pounding shots on the side.
