How can I see if my password works on hotmail if a hacker used up all the tries?

Go and try it. If you can't get in, wait a few hours and try again. You can always hit the "forgot my password" button too, to see if that gets you anywhere.

Wait intill tommorrow when the system restores and will allow you to type in your password and email address again.
